Do I need to speak Swedish?

No. Our teams work across Europe and English is the working language on most sites. Swedish or other European languages are a plus, not a requirement.

How much travel is involved?

Field roles are on site, and sites are across Europe, so expect periods away from home. Crews travel together and the pattern is agreed before you start — tell us what you are open to in your application.

What experience do I need?

Hands-on experience with fibre, copper or containment is the fastest route in. Working-at-height and safety certifications help. Where you have the aptitude but not the certificate, training is part of the onboarding.

Can I apply if there is no open listing?
