Fibre backbones, structured cabling, hot/cold aisle containment and rack-level integration for hyperscale and colocation environments.
Containment → Fibre → Pass
The physical layer of a hall, delivered by one crew in build order — so each stage is ready for the next.
Overhead and underfloor routes: basket, ladder and tray systems, hot / cold aisle containment, set out from the hall drawings.
OS2 and OM4 trunks between MMRs, rows and racks. Pre-terminated MPO or spliced in the hall, dressed and labelled to the schedule.
Copper and fibre to every cabinet, with fill ratios, segregation and bend radii held through the whole run.
Cabinets, PDUs, patch panels and equipment installed and patched against the client's rack elevations.
OTDR and insertion-loss on every fibre link, permanent-link certification on copper. A PASS before anything is handed over.
Day, night and weekend presence in the hall after go-live: moves, adds, changes and incident response.
We work inside live and greenfield data halls — coordinating with general contractors, MEP and operations teams to deliver structured infrastructure that meets the hall's airflow, segregation and EMC requirements.
We plan around operating rows: method statements, permits and quiet windows, so a build never becomes an incident.
Labels, photographs and test results are captured during the work, not reconstructed after it.
The crew that sets out the containment is the crew that hands over the pack. Nothing is lost between phases.

Each phase ends with something the client can hold: a document, a test result, a closed cabinet.
Walk the hall with the GC and MEP teams. Confirm routes, access windows, segregation and the labelling scheme before anyone drills.
Agreed scope, method statement, schedule
Trays, baskets and ladders go in first, to the drawings, so every cable that follows has a route and a radius.
Containment installed and inspected
Trunks on the tray, copper to the cabinets, dressed and labelled as they land. Nothing is pulled before its route is ready.
Cabling installed, labelled, photographed
Splicing at the rack, MPO and LC termination, patching against the elevations. Cabinets closed clean.
Patched to the schedule
Every link tested, every result recorded. Failures are fixed and retested before the pack is compiled.
OTDR, insertion-loss and copper certification
As-builts and test packs handed over, then smart hands stays on for the life of the hall.
As-built pack, O&M, smart-hands rota
Trunks dressed on the tray, splicing at the rack, a PASS on the tester — photographed on NH TECH sites.
